POLICIES AND HOW TO ORDER

1. Catalog Sales:   For questions, or to order from our catalog sales pages, please contact us by email at: DIXIE@Hermes-One.com

2. We accept checks, money orders, and all other usual financial instruments. We are not set up to accept credit cards. Nor do we participate with escrow agents. 

3. Those items paid for with POSTAL Money Orders are shipped within 2 or 3 days. All other financial instruments are held one week to ten days to clear.

4.  We cannot be responsible for safe arrival after an item leaves our hands. We therefore suggest you add the  additional postal insurance charge.

5. Payment for purchased items must be received within ten days to avoid sale to another party.

6. Returns: We will accept return on any item we sell, for any reason, or no reason. However, the terms of acceptance vary with the circumstance. If we are convinced we have inadvertently misrepresented an item, we will give full refund of purchase price. Other returns will usually result in some charge to the customer. Please do not return an item without first contacting us. Items returned must be received in the same condition in which they left our hands. Questions should generally be posed before purchasing an item.

7. We do not sell or release purchasers' personal or other information to third parties, including governmental agencies, without a specific written request from the customer or a court order.
